To everyone:

As some of you may or may not know, I have been involved in the import underground racing scene for some time now. Almost 8 years to be exact. It has been an interesting ride to say the least. One of the reasons I started the website was to set up a place for San Diego auto enthusiasts to have a location to find race shops that would sell and install various items on vehicles. Needless to say, I was stepping into an area that was virginal and needed a good old muff diving. The rest is really history and as such, there is no need to explain to you the legacy I feel I had a major part in creating. Yes, that’s a bit of self patting on the back, but you will get over it.

The one thing I know none of you may know is that for an actual career in life, I am a software developer. I have been so for the last 12 years, and with the company I have been at since its inception, the senior developer of the company. It’s a fun job and they have been supportive of this for a very long time. Unfortunately, with the upcoming government projects that we are starting, this website is coming up in security clearances. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but enough to be a possible issue for the company. Basically that means I need to completely shut down all websites that I own and absolve my ownership. On November 30, 2004, this website will be shutdown permanently. All website content, pictures, message boards, and everything else, will be burned to DVD and put on my shelf and deleted. All email access will remain open, via any favorite’s links you have, while I remove myself from ownership and will then be lost. I would suggest that if you want to save anything, now is the time to do it.

As I am writing this, I have wanted to say thank you to a bunch of people, but I feel I would leave people out and then someone gets their panties in a wad. There are two people I want to thank though, and that would be my wife and daughter. They have put up with a lot of things while this site remained open and it means a lot to me. To the rest of you of whom I have had contact, on a personal and professional level, thank you for having faith in me and working with me, it has been an experience.
